Watercolor painting by Nono Garcia

Lessons

His technique is unmistakably recognizable, the weightless light-bearing “pauses” are sometimes more eloquent than bright tones. Reflections, reflections, light - they reproduce the subtlest sensations of the moment and explode with light on the surface of the sheet.
Metal
Repeat the realistic-complex play of highlights and reflections on the surface of metal. As you learn the secrets of the artist, you will analyze the object in a consistent manner. You will focus on the smooth, shiny texture of the object. Without dispersing attention decorative form, depict the very essence of the object.
Duration: 52 min
Glass
From the video lesson you will learn how to paint a “living”, playing, constantly changing object - water and a thin, clean, light-bearing glass surface. You analyze the still life and, having understood the features, easily reproduce everything that can be perceived by the eye.
Duration: 33 min
Ceramics
In the lesson, the artist shows how to work with characters. Create a dynamic, sensual, music-filled composition. Create a painting using fresh feelings, thoughts and emotions.

Nono Garcia
Watercolorist, Spain
He studied under recognized Spanish masters of painting: hyperrealist painter Antonio López (in 2005), watercolorist virtuoso Pedro Cano (in 2004 and 2010), and “multi-professional” sculptor Cristóbal Gabarron (in 2006-2007). It is Cano and Gabarron, as Garcia notes, who have largely shaped his own development as an artist.

A participant in numerous Spanish and international art exhibitions and winner of competitions and prizes, Nono Garcia now acts as a teacher himself. He is the author and teacher of watercolor courses that take place in galleries and art spaces in and around Murcia, as well as at the Paper Museum in the Italian “paper city” of Fabriano.

Testimonials

  • The course itself, which I bought - really liked it!!! Wonderfully done: and everything is seen and heard, and even the reference was not forgotten. Really! - really liked it, and I have something to compare it with!

  • Wonderful lesson! It is very interesting how Nono Garcia depicts metal. It is interesting to watch the master work, as he slowly works through the image layer by layer. The palette of the master is very sympathetic. This austerity shows his style. Nono Garcia is able to give ordinary at first glance things an amazing sound. It is like magic! An ordinary glass of water turns into a painting in the hands of the master. The course. Conveniently divided into parts. Nono Garcia has a peculiar view on seemingly ordinary things. Looking at his works, you get a feeling of some magic. Thanks to this course it became clear to me how the artist achieves this.

  • Nothing superfluous, just the process (on the video), which allows you to loosen up, try your hand and, most importantly, get a result that you do not expect. Thank you for the pleasure.

  • The lesson is amazing. First of all, it gives courage, as the master draws without using a pencil, so there is no right to make a mistake, but there is an incentive to grow, so that everything turned out as easy. Secondly, the lesson is quite simple in plot and not long, which makes it possible to fulfill the lesson without having a large amount of time.
